By accessing the Solus Peptide Labs website (soluspeptide.ca), creating an account, or placing an order, you ("Buyer", "you", or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using this website and must not place any order.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Solus Peptide Labs Inc. ("Solus", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Canada.

Your electronic agreement — via the checkbox at checkout and any subsequent purchase — is legally equivalent to a written signature and constitutes your informed, voluntary acceptance of all terms herein. We record a timestamped log of your agreement for compliance and evidentiary purposes.

You expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Products are synthetic research-grade peptides and biochemicals intended solely for use in controlled laboratory environments by trained researchers and scientists.
• Products have not been evaluated, tested, or approved by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or any other regulatory body for safety, efficacy, or quality as a drug, supplement, food, or cosmetic for human or animal use.
• Solus Peptide Labs makes no claims — express or implied — regarding the therapeutic, medicinal, curative, or health-related properties of any product.
• Any scientific literature, research summaries, or product descriptions provided on this website are for informational and research reference purposes only and do not constitute medical claims, prescriptions, or endorsements of human use.
• You will store, handle, and use all products in accordance with applicable laboratory safety standards and regulations.
• You accept full and sole responsibility for the manner in which you use, store, and dispose of any purchased products.

You must meet all of the following criteria to purchase from Solus Peptide Labs:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, academic, or professional purchasing for legitimate research or scientific study purposes.
• You are not purchasing on behalf of any person who does not meet these eligibility requirements.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where the purchase or possession of research peptides is prohibited.

By checking the Terms & Conditions box at checkout, you confirm that you meet all of the above eligibility criteria. Solus Peptide Labs reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to cancel any order if eligibility requirements are not met.

Any person who falsely represents their eligibility accepts full legal and financial liability for any consequences arising from such misrepresentation.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant to Solus Peptide Labs that:

• You are purchasing the products solely for legitimate scientific research purposes in a properly equipped laboratory or research environment.
• You will not resell any products to individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.
• You will not administer any products to yourself, to any other person, or to any animal, for any purpose whatsoever.
• You understand the nature of the products you are purchasing and the risks associated with handling research-grade biochemicals.
• You have obtained all necessary permits, approvals, or licences required in your jurisdiction for the purchase, possession, and use of research chemicals.
• Your use of the products will comply with all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations, including those of Canada and the province in which you are located.
• The information you provide at checkout — including your name, address, and email — is accurate, current, and complete.

These representations are a material inducement for Solus Peptide Labs to sell products to you. A breach of any representation or warranty may result in immediate cancellation of your order, termination of your account, and may expose you to legal liability.

Nothing on this website — including product descriptions, research summaries, dosage information, mechanisms of action, citations, or any other content — constitutes or should be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Solus Peptide Labs is not a healthcare provider, licensed pharmacy, or medical facility. Our team does not include licensed physicians, pharmacists, or healthcare professionals acting in any advisory capacity.

Solus Peptide Labs operates in Canada and complies with applicable Canadian federal and provincial laws governing the sale of research chemicals. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legal status of any product in your jurisdiction before purchasing.

The legal status of research peptides varies by jurisdiction. Some peptides may be subject to import/export restrictions, controlled substance regulations, or other legal requirements in your country, province, or territory.

• Products are sold within Canada only unless otherwise specified, and are not offered for international shipment at this time.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that the receipt and use of our products complies with all laws applicable to you.
• Solus Peptide Labs does not represent that its products may be lawfully purchased or used in any particular jurisdiction outside of the intended research context.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we have reason to believe that the products would be used in violation of applicable laws.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, purity levels, and pricing are accurate. However, Solus Peptide Labs does not warrant that product descriptions or any other content on this website are error-free, complete, or current.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly reflect the physical appearance of the product received.

Certificates of Analysis (COA) are provided where available and reflect batch-specific testing. COA results are provided by third-party laboratories and are supplied for informational purposes. Solus Peptide Labs does not independently verify all COA data.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, Solus Peptide Labs reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any payment received.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be added where required by law.

Orders are placed on hold upon submission and are confirmed only once payment is received in full. Solus Peptide Labs currently accepts payment via Interac e-Transfer to info@soluspeptide.ca.

• E-transfer must include the order number in the message/reference field.
• Orders for which payment is not received within 48 hours may be cancelled at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, for any reason, including suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
• You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.

Solus Peptide Labs ships within Canada only. Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by Canada Post, courier services, weather, or other factors outside our control are not the responsibility of Solus Peptide Labs.

• Products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon transfer to the carrier.
• You are responsible for any customs duties or fees applicable to your location within Canada.
• If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or inability to deliver, we may charge a reshipping fee or deduct the original shipping cost from any refund.

Due to the nature of our products (research biochemicals), all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.

Exceptions may be considered in the following limited circumstances:

• The product received is materially different from what was ordered (wrong product or specification).
• The product arrived visibly damaged due to shipping — photographic evidence must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• The order was cancelled by Solus Peptide Labs before shipment.

To request a refund or report an issue, contact us at info@soluspeptide.ca within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting evidence. Refunds, where approved, will be issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

All content on the Solus Peptide Labs website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and website design — is the exclusive property of Solus Peptide Labs Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from this website without the express prior written consent of Solus Peptide Labs. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

This includes, without limitation, any damages arising from:

• Personal injury, illness, or death resulting from misuse, self-administration, or unauthorized use of any product.
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, business, or reputation.
• Any reliance on product descriptions, research summaries, or other content on this website.
• Failure or delay in shipping, product defects, or variations in product specification.
• Your failure to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or safety standards.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or any purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities. In such cases, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solus Peptide Labs Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use or misuse of any product purchased from Solus Peptide Labs.
• Your breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation under these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Any claim by a third party arising from your use of or access to our products or website.
• Any injury, illness, or harm — to yourself or to others — caused directly or indirectly by your use of our products.

Solus Peptide Labs collects personal information — including your name, email address, shipping address, and agreement timestamp — for the purposes of processing your order, delivering your products, and maintaining compliance records.

By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to:

• The collection and storage of your personal information on our secure servers (powered by Google Firebase).
• The recording of a timestamped log of your Terms & Conditions agreement each time you check the agreement box at checkout, including your email address, user agent, and the version of Terms accepted.
• Receiving transactional emails related to your order, agreement confirmation, shipping updates, and account activity.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required for order fulfilment (e.g., shipping carriers) or as required by law. We do not store payment information — all payments are handled via Interac e-Transfer outside our platform.

You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting info@soluspeptide.ca. Note that agreement records may be retained for legal compliance purposes.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada, unless both parties mutually agree to an alternative resolution process. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Solus Peptide Labs reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or remedy any infringement, misappropriation, or other violation of its rights.

Solus Peptide Labs reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The version date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of this website or placement of an order after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

If we make material changes to these Terms, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email.
