// Testing & Verification

Every Batch, Independently Tested.

A peptide is only as good as its proof. Every Solus batch is verified by an accredited third-party laboratory before it ships — and the Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for the exact lot you receive.

What is a Certificate of Analysis?

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is the lab document that confirms what's actually in a vial — its identity, its purity, and the methods used to verify both. In research, a COA is the difference between a compound you can rely on for reproducible work and an unknown. Any supplier worth buying from should provide one; we publish ours per lot.

How we test, step by step

1. Independent third-party lab

We don't grade our own homework. Samples from every production batch go to an accredited external laboratory.

Identity confirmation (Mass Spectrometry)

Mass spec confirms the compound's molecular weight matches the target peptide — proving it is what the label says.

Purity analysis (HPLC)

High-Performance Liquid Chromatography measures purity. We require a minimum of ≥99%.

Lot documentation

Results are tied to a unique LOT number printed on the vial, so your COA matches your exact batch.

Release or reject

Batches that don't meet our identity and purity thresholds are not sold. No exceptions.

How to get the COA for your order

Each product's LOT number links to its Certificate of Analysis. If you need the COA for a specific lot before or after purchase, request it and we'll provide the documentation for that batch.

Storage & handling

To preserve stability, lyophilized peptides should be kept sealed, cool, and away from light until reconstitution, following standard laboratory handling practice. Specific storage notes are listed on each product page.
